The Chechen Republic is a part of Russia. Everybody knows this republic after the Chechen War with Russia in 1990s. Since the beginning of Putin Era in Russia, Chechen Republic became much safer and its Kremlin-loyal President Ramzan Kadyrov loves expensive cars. It seems like his cars cost more than the whole Chechen Republic :)
